Return & Refund Policy

At Unic Mart, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our simple return and refund policy.


1. Return Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in its original packaging.

    • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Returns are not accepted for certain items such as personal care products, innerwear, or items marked as β€œnon-returnable.”


2. How to Request a Return

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Images of the product (if damaged or defective)


3. Return Pickup or Self-Shipping

  • In most cases, we will arrange a pickup from your address.

  • In remote areas, you may be asked to ship the product back yourself. In such cases, we may reimburse reasonable shipping charges.


4. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.


5. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items

  • If the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product.

  • We will either replace the item or initiate a full refund based on your preference.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after delivery.
